This is normal. Every child is different, you do not panic if your child is not doing what should say books and magazines, a child do after 12 months of age.

This is normal. Not that he does not know he just does not kwim?? Some babies are doing well and wants to do things if he / she is the spirit .... Babies grow at different paces. I have the same worries about my daughter and her speech. It is almost 16 months and say, here, and what sounds like "whats that" and "all done"
I think that helps to read. if only for 5 minutes. I started my daughter. Everything she for about 5 minutes before she was bored calm, but for now I hope that helps a little. Keep talking to him, to sing with him, etc.
